About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dishware Sanitizer to join our team at Pollo Campero in Las Vegas, E. Charleston Blvd, NV.

Job Summary

This is a critical role that requires a strong focus on quality assurance and food safety procedures. As a Dishware Sanitizer, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dish pit, ensuring all equipment and utensils are sanitized according to standards, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, and pans to the highest standards.
  • Keep the dishwashing area organized and well-maintained.
  • Monitor and implement effective quality control measures to prevent contamination.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Age 18 or older.
  • Fluent English speaker; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorized U.S. work documents required.
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not necessary.
  • Able to lift and push up to 50 pounds.
