Job Title: Health Science Adjunct Faculty

Virginia Commonwealth University is seeking a qualified Health Science Adjunct Faculty member to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the Department of Kinesiology and Health Sciences.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Health Science, including courses such as Medical Terminology, Safety, First Aid and CPR, and Health Care Delivery in the Community.
  • Develop and implement course materials and assessments to ensure student learning outcomes.
  • Provide academic advising and support to students.
  • Participate in departmental and university service activities.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Health Science or related field for undergraduate courses; Doctoral degree in Health Science or related field for graduate courses.
  • Teaching experience in higher education, with a record of positive course evaluations.
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.
