About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Provider to join our team at Ennoble Care in Montgomery County, MD. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality primary care to homebound and palliative patients in Montgomery County
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and provide effective communication with office staff and clinical operations
  • Prescribe medications, order diagnostic testing as medically necessary, and foster trust with patients, families, and caregivers

Requirements:

  • Board Certified NP or PA certification in Maryland
  • Strong clinical skills, ability to accurately assess and diagnose patients
  • Positive demeanor, strong people skills, and ability to problem-solve independently
  • 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred)

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $105,000-$140,000+ (depending on experience and other incentives)
