Job Overview

Citadel Outlets is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our properties, including common areas, restrooms, and parking lots.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all common areas, including restrooms and parking lots, are cleaned and maintained to company standards.
  • Stock and maintain cleaning supplies for daily tasks.
  • Support the maintenance team as instructed by the Operations Director.
  • Adhere to OSHA health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Maintain knowledge of safety procedures for the center.
  • Organize and upkeep custodial storage areas.
  • Follow emergency procedures set by the facility.
  • Sanitize tables, chairs, and food court areas.
  • Collect and sanitize food trays for reuse.
  • Keep food court areas clean and presentable.
  • Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Previous custodial experience is beneficial.
