KenCrest is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse RN to provide high-quality care and support to our medically fragile infants and children at our Children's Transitional Care Homes.

About the Role:

As a Staff RN, you will be responsible for providing quality nursing care on a 3:1 patient to nurse basis, completing evaluations and assessments, participating in care team planning, and implementing interventions for appropriate care delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality nursing care to medically fragile infants and children
  • Complete evaluations and assessments to identify individual needs
  • Participate in care team planning to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Implement interventions to ensure safe and effective care delivery
Requirements:
  • RN License in the state of PA
  • Minimum two (2) years pediatric tracheostomy care and ventilator management experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Current Healthcare Provider CPR
  • Clear criminal record and other background checks in accordance with state requirements
