Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain methods and tools to track and provide insights on daily, monthly, and other departmental processes and activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Accounting, or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Professional experience in process design, mapping, procedure documentation, and business operations.
  • Experience with financial and/or accounts payable systems, preferred.
  • Expert ability to prepare pristine business materials, required.
  • Polished and sophisticated business writing proficiencies, required.
  • Technical skills in process mapping, graphical and organization tools, and Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, or related, preferred.
  • Knowledge of legal or other professional services financial operations, preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial and accounts payable operations and systems, preferred.
