Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Goals: Collaborate with the Viewing Room Manager to achieve specific sales targets.

  • Maintain Organization and Multitasking: Ensure a well-organized and efficient approach to daily tasks.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Build rapport with customers to deliver a knowledgeable and exceptional shopping experience.
  • Assist with Management Tasks: Support the Viewing Room Manager with tasks to maintain a high level of team productivity.
  • Utilize Technology: Leverage computer skills and related software to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain a Clean and Healthy Work Environment: Ensure the Viewing Room is clean, organized, and reflects Saatva's commitment to quality.
  • Optimize Scheduling: Work with the Viewing Room Manager to schedule shifts that align with their days off, maximizing team efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong Customer Service Experience: Minimum 2 years of consumer-facing experience, preferably in luxury products.
  • Prior Management Experience: Required for this role.
  • Superior Coaching and Mentoring Skills: Ability to effectively coach and mentor team members.
  • Dynamic and Articulate Personality: Strong communication skills and a dynamic, affable personality.
  • Passion for Quality Products: Dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and passionate about quality products.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
  • Comfort in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility with Scheduling: Willingness to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
