Job Summary

Franklin Precision Industry Inc is seeking a skilled Assembly Line Team Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Replacing team members in their absence or filling in as needed on a day-to-day basis
  • Following standard operation procedures on various assembly lines in the respective job area
  • Inspecting work and equipment as called out on Work Instruction Manuals
  • Reporting any equipment abnormalities or problems to Line/Group Leaders
  • Maintaining a clean working area

Key Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • Ability to run all operations efficiently and perform all checks as required in Work Instruction Manuals
  • Flexibility to work overtime or off shifts to meet schedule requirements
  • Good understanding of the Toyota Production System
  • Active in Kaizen activities

Physical Demands:

  • Lifting up to 20 pounds
  • Standing
  • Walking short distances
  • Reaching/Taking components from containers
