Job Description

A Luggage Supervisor will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. They will lead the luggage team to provide personalized luggage delivery services, manage and communicate with clients, employees, and management to maintain operations and address changes. They will also resolve guest and employee issues promptly and effectively.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have daily interactions with clients, employees, and guests staying at our resorts. They will require strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Lead and direct the luggage team to deliver personalized luggage services to our guests.
  • Communicate efficiently with clients, employees, and management to maintain operations and address changes.
  • Maintain positive relationships with employees and guests, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Develop strong client relations by responding to inquiries and projecting a professional image.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while contributing to achieving company objectives.
  • Assist with operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
  • Complete all required training, including airport compliance.
  • Be at least 18 years old or older.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
  • Pass a criminal background screening.
  • Pass a drug screening.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills.
  • Excel in verbal and written communication.

Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary range of $15-$17 per hour, inclusive of estimated tips earned per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, long/short term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, 401k, and paid time off.
