Bags, a leading provider of innovative parking and mobility solutions, is seeking a skilled Luggage and Guest Service Specialist to join our team. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role plays a crucial part in ensuring the highest level of service for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Delivering exceptional guest service by providing timely and efficient luggage handling, including check-in and check-out services.
  • Interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and concerns in a prompt and courteous way.
  • Providing assistance with groceries, luggage carts, and other amenities as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest transactions and resolving any issues that may arise.

**Requirements:**

  • A high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license, with a clean driving record (if required).
