We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with expertise in healthcare insurance to join our team at Systemtec. This is an onsite role in Columbia, SC.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a liaison between business programs and the IT organization to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
  • Analyze business partner's operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions.
  • Assist in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
  • Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications.
  • Educate the IT organization on the direction of the business.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience working in the healthcare insurance industry.
  • Great people/interpersonal skills.
  • Extensive experience gathering and documenting business requirements and making formal presentations to leadership.
