Job Summary

Adams Outdoor is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our team as a Construction Employee. This role involves installing posters and bulletins, as well as performing maintenance tasks to ensure the physical structure and surrounding property are well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install posters and bulletins in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the physical structure and surrounding property are well-maintained.
  • Work on digital assets as required, utilizing company equipment and software.
  • Operate gas-powered equipment, such as lawn mowers, chain saws, generators, compressors, and paint sprayers, in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Utilize safety-related equipment as mandated by Adams Outdoor operating procedures.
  • Meet maximum weight restrictions of 265 pounds due to manufacturer requirements on safety-related equipment used to work in elevated environments.
  • Work in all weather conditions when necessary and tolerate the risk of exposure associated with an outdoor environment.
  • Comply with and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines without exception.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School or equivalent degree.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with external clients and internal personnel at all levels.
  • Highly adaptable to changing work environments.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
