Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently sort products on a conveyor system based on quality, hue, and dimensions.
- Execute trimming or breaking of products as directed by supervisory staff.
- Place items into containers or on specified conveyor lines.
- Accurately assemble boxes following supervisor guidelines.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the production supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to high-quality standards and excellence.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
- Effective communication skills in the primary languages utilized in the workplace.
What We Offer:
- Day Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (with potential extension based on production requirements).
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Competitive pay rate: $16.28 per hour.
