Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to conduct quality control tests and inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished PV cells and modules. The successful candidate will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure the quality and reliability of solar panels.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct quality control tests and inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished PV cells and modules.
- Operate and maintain testing equipment, including spectrometers, current-voltage (IV) curve testers, thermal imaging cameras, and EL (electroluminescence) testers.
- Identify and document product defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and improvement of testing procedures and protocols to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues and participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of testing data and results.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise testing protocols.
- Proficiency in using testing equipment and understanding of quality control principles.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or anomalies.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to report findings and communicate with team members.
- Able to read blueprints/GD&T Drawings.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate degree or technical certification in a relevant field (e.g., electronics, engineering technology, renewable energy) is preferred. Prior experience in a quality assurance or testing role within the solar or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Compensation:$25.00 per hour
