Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Management Intern. As a key member of our logistics and procurement team, you will play a critical role in supporting our global and local sourcing processes, including tenders, supplier evaluations, and contract creation.
Responsibilities
- Support the SCM team in various global and local sourcing processes, such as tenders, supplier evaluations, and contract creation.
- Act as an internal contact person for local departments regarding various purchasing processes.
- Assist in cross-functional projects by coordinating and documenting, and get to know the global/local interfaces and stakeholders outside of purchasing.
- Take on smaller sub-projects and work independently on problem-solving.
Requirements
- Enrolled in university or currently in a gap year.
- Studying business administration, preferably with a focus on supply chain management, or a comparable field with good academic performance.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
- Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level).
- Embody the Vodafone spirit, are dedicated, open-minded, and eager for new challenges.
