We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond, a state-of-the-art facility providing long term and short term stay with dedicated quality care.

Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and performing various clinical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and health details.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
  • Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
  • Valid NY State LPN license.
  • Must be in good standing with State Registry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
