We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond in St. James, NY. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role

This LPN position is a union position with a competitive rate starting at $32.67 per hour, plus a $0.25 shift differential. You will be working evenings, from 3pm-11pm, and will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and record vital information from new residents
  • Administer medications and injections as needed
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Monitor food and liquid intake and output
Requirements
  • Valid NY State LPN license
  • Must be in good standing with the State Registry
  • Ability to work as a team member
