LPN Position at Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation

Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in St. James, NY.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled LPN to work in our Skilled Nursing Facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and monitoring vital signs.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and record resident information, including vital signs and health details.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as required.
  • Assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
  • Monitor food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
  • Valid NY State LPN license.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Good standing with State Registry.
