Role Overview:
As a vital member of the CFS Supply Chain Team, your role will focus on supporting the organization’s objectives through effective Warehousing and Material Management. You will play a key part in ensuring the timely processing of shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the necessary materials, equipment, and supplies to support CFS logistics functions.
- Monitor and ensure inventory accuracy, promptly resolving any discrepancies.
- Uphold the physical condition of the loading dock and warehouse while adhering to safety protocols.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify purchase order details, and appropriately stock items, identifying any non-conforming or damaged parts.
- Assist in the upkeep of Material Safety Data Sheets for incoming materials.
- Enforce CFS Safety guidelines and policies, addressing any unsafe conditions or behaviors while maintaining a clean workspace.
- Ensure compliance with CFS HAZMAT storage and shipping regulations.
- Operate various material handling and powered equipment, obtaining a DOT License as necessary.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred; a High School Diploma is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of combined experience in Inventory Control or Shipping and Receiving.
- Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite applications.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Knowledge of inventory and warehousing operations.
- Experience with domestic and international shipping, as well as multimodal transportation.

Additional Preferred Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Background in a start-up or high-growth environment.
- Experience in a manufacturing or shop floor setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, typing, and sitting.
- A commitment to safety, addressing industrial hazards such as heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, and cryogenics.
- Willingness to travel or work nights/weekends/on-call as needed.
