Job Title: Client Services Specialist

At Spotlight Events, we're seeking a highly skilled Client Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Event Support: Provide support to clients during events, including registration, scheduling, and talent management.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve client issues and concerns.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of customer service or support experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
