Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at American Technical Services, Inc. in Southeastern Wisconsin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting machined parts, operating precision measuring equipment, and documenting results using Microsoft Excel.
This is a production-based role, working in a medium-sized ISO-certified manufacturer specializing in contract machining and component assembly.
The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with our team to ensure the highest quality standards are met, and our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect machined parts using precision measuring equipment
- Document results using Microsoft Excel
- Operate micrometers and calipers
- Set up CMMs
- Work in a fast-paced production environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
