Job Summary

The PACE Center Manager, under the general supervision of the Director, has full responsibility for the effective operations of the PACE Center and the coordination and supervision of all participant services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the PACE Center, ensuring seamless delivery of services to participants.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and participant satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Director and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Five years of experience in management, preferably in a healthcare or service-related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
