Responsibilities

As a Tray Pack Blender Operator Line 3 Evening Shift, you will assist the Supervisor in guiding associates toward production goals and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working on the production line to ensure efficient and effective production
  • Organizing materials and supplies to maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Directing production line associates to ensure they are meeting production goals and quality standards
  • Training new associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties
  • Recording production data to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High standards and goals for self and the ability to lead other team members to obtain the same
  • The ability to delegate and empower effectively and responsibly
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Adequate energy and stress tolerance
  • The ability to train new associates
  • The ability to perform 50% of the jobs in the department at line speed
Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates who:

  • Can speak both English and Spanish
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
