Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Unit Manager at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Buffalo, NY.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in long-term care and excellent leadership skills to guide a team of nurses in providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of nurses to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
- Monitor and evaluate patient care and make recommendations for improvement
- Represent the unit's interests and advocate for patients and staff
Requirements:
- Current NYS RN License
- 2+ years of long-term care experience
- 1+ year of Charge Nurse or Unit Manager experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong computer skills
