Position: Epidemiology Investigator 2 (Hybrid Eligible RO)

Job Overview:

  • Conduct thorough investigations and analyses of data concerning infectious diseases, chronic health issues, and medical conditions relevant to Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and trauma care.
  • Employ statistical analysis software such as STATA, SAS, and SPSS for data extraction and interpretation.
  • Support research initiatives aimed at Quality Assurance to maintain data accuracy and reliability.
  • Engage in the creation and execution of data dashboards and comprehensive reports.
  • Design and implement surveys to assess challenges within the EMS and trauma systems.
  • Represent EMS data systems at various professional gatherings, preparing insightful reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues on data analysis and research endeavors.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a graduate program in public health or preventive medicine.
  • Proven experience with statistical software, epidemiology, and related disciplines.
  • Possession of reliable transportation.
