Your Role Includes:

  • Facilitating communication among contractors, designers, and stakeholders
  • Analyzing and interpreting construction plans
  • Documenting field observations
  • Coordinating testing and inspection processes
  • Addressing construction-related challenges
  • Reviewing project completion documentation
  • Promoting safety standards on-site

Qualifications We Seek:

  • Technical degree is preferred
  • Willingness to work outdoors and travel as needed
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Valid driver's license required

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in construction observation is advantageous
