Job Responsibilities

This role involves working with experienced Estimators and the Business Development team to create winning strategies and deliver solutions to customers. You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting blueprints and specifications, performing detailed quantity takeoffs, preparing accurate and competitive bid packages, and reviewing contract documents.

Requirements
  • Interest in learning and understanding the Construction industry.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (no coding required).
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work.
  • Highly organized, efficient, detail-oriented.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
