About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for estimating quantities of materials and producing accurate budgets for use in the construction of new homes. You will work closely with our architecture and design teams to ensure that our estimates are accurate and reflect the latest building codes and regulations.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Providing detailed quantity takeoffs for every component necessary to build a home
  • Assisting EPO personnel if needed to process variance purchase orders
  • Learning how sales pricing works and providing sales pricing for sales associates
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as medical and life insurance, 401(k) savings plan, profit sharing, paid vacation, and employee discount on Grand Homes.
