- Collaborate with clients, strategists, experience leaders, and architects to define business objectives and value opportunities that can shape product offerings, delivering significant business results and enhancing customer experiences.
- Craft a product vision and strategy through comprehensive market and user research, ensuring that customer needs remain at the forefront of our initiatives while employing design thinking methodologies.
- Act as the client representative in brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams, identifying innovative ideas, customer requirements, challenges, and potential solutions.
- Iteratively develop solution hypotheses informed by user research, alongside analysis of industry and market trends.
- Create customer journey maps to steer product development, validating insights through user testing.
- Convert product vision into a structured roadmap featuring clearly defined and prioritized functionalities that will bring the product vision and value to fruition.
Qualifications
Your Expertise:
- Proven experience with Open Link Endur V16 and later versions.
- Familiarity with various Market Managers within Endur.
- Solid understanding of the Crude and Refined products sector.
- Expertise in energy trading and risk management, particularly in Oil Trading and scheduling.
- Comprehensive knowledge of diverse derivative instruments (Futures, swaps, options, etc.) across US and European markets.
- Experience in pipeline and cargo operations.
- Strong grasp of trading, operational settlements, accounting, and compliance processes.
- Hands-on experience with Deal Modelling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting within Endur.
- Proficiency in PnL and Exposure reporting and simulations.
- Familiarity with Endur JVS and Open Components is advantageous.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to comprehend business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, solution designs, and testing protocols.
- Experience collaborating with Traders, Operations, and Market Risk teams for new business or product development and modeling.
- Ability to work with offshore technical teams, providing necessary guidance.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to provide training to business teams and prepare process documentation as needed.
