Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Administrator and Configurator to join our team at Apex Systems. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our SAP SuccessFactors environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with IT and migration teams to plan and execute data center migrations for SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process.
  • Develop and implement migration strategies, including data backup, recovery, and validation.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Manage system configurations, updates, patches, and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and errors promptly.
  • Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
  • Implement and manage role-based permissions and security settings.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design and deploy workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system-related queries.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for system users and administrators.
  • Assist in the development of user guides, training materials, and FAQs.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement best practices for system administration, configuration, and data management.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, updates, and trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors administration and configuration.
  • Proven experience in managing data center migrations and SAP SuccessFactors environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, and others.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and security management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
