Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandise Processor to join our team at Lake Pleasant Store (83rd Ave & Lake Pleasant). As a key member of our store team, you will play a critical role in leading an excellent customer and brand experience, promoting sales, and processing donated merchandise in preparation for sale in our store locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and price donated merchandise, meeting minimum quotas and quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Participate in cross-training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in retail or customer service a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
