About the Role

As a Restoration Technician with SERVPRO of Broome County, Tompkins & Tioga Counties, you will play a vital role in helping homeowners and businesses recover from fire, water, mold, biohazard, and other disasters. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring that properties are restored to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Mitigation Services
  • Load Vehicles and Set Staging Areas
  • Fulfill Daily Work Orders
  • Mix Cleaning Products and Utilize Equipment
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
Requirements

We are seeking candidates who possess excellent communication skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license is also required. Additionally, we prefer applicants with a high school diploma/GED, at least one year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction, and IICRC certification (a plus).

You should be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. Climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights, and navigating tight spaces are also essential responsibilities of this role.

What We Offer

In exchange for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
