Role Summary

The Kitchen Sanitation Specialist is essential in ensuring the kitchen remains clean and organized. Key responsibilities include the thorough washing and sanitization of kitchen equipment, managing storage areas, and assisting in meeting daily production goals. Flexibility is vital, as our operations run every day of the week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen tools and equipment
  • Wash and sanitize cooking utensils, pots, and trays
  • Complete assigned preparation tasks efficiently
  • Operate dishwashing machinery and uphold cleanliness standards
  • Manage waste disposal and maintain a tidy workspace throughout the shift
  • Participate in team briefings and safety discussions
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Carry out general cleaning duties as required

Qualifications
