Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry with over 7 years of experience.
  • Agile/Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is highly preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is advantageous.
  • Exceptional client-facing and internal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently with a strong focus on delivery and quality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in leading remote and distributed teams.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience in stakeholder management with a proven ability to influence and lead.
  • Technical expertise in .NET, C#, Azure Cloud, and Backend API development.
  • Experience facilitating Scrum processes and holding Agile certifications (CSM, PSM).
