Civil Site Superintendent Job Description

Bridges Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Civil Site Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of site work projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of site workers, providing guidance and direction to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement site-specific plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, safety records, and quality control documentation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in civil site work, including fine grading, storm drain installation, and excavation.
  • Expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints, as well as calculating grading math and setting GPS lasers.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Validated experience in managing crew, hiring, firing, creating schedules, and managing overtime.
