Job Summary

A Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. This role reports directly to the General Superintendent.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee site operations, ensuring safety, quality, scheduling, logistics, and budgeting are all managed effectively.
  • Assess project priorities and assign tasks to team members accordingly.
  • Monitor work performance and productivity, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Collaborate with the General Contractor, engineers, and subcontractors to define project needs and ensure successful project execution.
  • Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality regulations.
  • Requires at least five years of experience in site development.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing corrective recommendations to the PM/General Superintendent.
  • Schedule and coordinate material, tools, equipment, safety, subcontractors, and field operations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
