Key Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care by conducting nursing assessments and working closely with the nursing team, other healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to formulate effective care plans.
- Set realistic and measurable short and long-term patient objectives, implementing interventions as necessary to reduce rehospitalizations while continuously evaluating outcomes.
- Administer medications and perform treatments in accordance with physician directives.
- Delegate patient care tasks to staff members and supervise their execution to ensure adherence to care protocols.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- A graduate of an accredited nursing program is required and must hold a current license from the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is mandatory.
- One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a related environment is preferred.

- Pay Target: $47.00 per hour
