Position Overview:
This role encompasses a variety of essential duties, including troubleshooting equipment failures, executing repairs, conducting preventative maintenance, and identifying root causes of mechanical issues. You will engage with systems such as conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, and compressed air.
At times, your fabrication expertise will be called upon to enhance existing machinery. Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, as the department will determine the specific days that make up the 40-hour work week based on production needs. This position may also involve both scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
Essential Qualifications:
· A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance roles. A Journeyman certificate in a mechanical field is preferred.
· Valid Driver's license in the State of Washington.
· Proficiency in metal fabrication, welding, hydraulics/pneumatics, and general building repairs.
· Capability to perform preventative maintenance, installations, diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting of equipment.

· Commitment to enhancing and advancing skills through personal initiative and training.
· Strong focus on detail, safety, and a high degree of accuracy.
