Role Overview:
As the Sales Executive at Flip, you will be a key player in shaping the future of our Electronics category. We're looking for true brand hunters who thrive on getting in front of top brands and closing deals. Your extensive network and deep industry knowledge will be pivotal in driving growth and innovation for Flip.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and close deals with new Electronics brands.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with top Electronics brands, ensuring Flip is their preferred partner.
- Leverage your extensive network to bring exclusive deals and partnerships to Flip, enhancing our Electronics category offering.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth within the Electronics sector, staying ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.
- Serve as the face of Flip's Electronics category, representing our brand at industry events, conferences, and in media.
- Clearly articulate Flip's unique value proposition to merchants, compelling them to partner with us.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with and on-boarding leading Electronics brands.
- An extensive network within the Electronics industry, knowing key players across major brands.
- A hunter's mindset, love to outperform yesterday's numbers and are fueled by growth.
- Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision, driving growth and market penetration.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results and drive business growth through new strategic partnerships and category growth.
- A deep passion for the Electronics industry and a commitment to staying ahead of market trends and consumer preferences.
Compensation:
The annual on target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, with a guaranteed base pay of $80,000, and a heavy emphasis on performance-based compensation.
During the first 90 days, you will be guaranteed a commission, resulting in an annual take-home pay of $120,000.We offer a competitive structure with an approximately 50/50 split between fixed and variable compensation, rewarding your achievements and driving your success.
Please note the cash compensation is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include equity, bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits.Application Process:
