Framing Field Supervisor Job Overview
As a key member of the Carter Lumber team, the Framing Field Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of residential and commercial framing projects. This role involves managing the framing process from start to finish, adhering to blueprints, customer contracts, and local building codes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all framing work meets the required quality standards and safety regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of framing teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours worked.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve any issues or problems that arise during the project.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in residential or light commercial framing construction.
- Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
