Customer Outcomes Principal Success Architect

At ServiceNow, we're committed to accelerating platform adoption and improving customer outcomes. As a Customer Outcomes Principal Success Architect, you'll play a critical role in driving this mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain C-level executive relationships with 1-3 large enterprise customers
  • Understand customer goals and develop a customer roadmap to improve outcomes
  • Execute winning co-delivery models and develop relationships with ecosystem partners
  • Establish delivery operating model governance and maintain account-level relationships
  • Participate in account delivery governance and advocate for ServiceNow's best practices
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience
  • Management consulting experience at a top-tier consulting company or equivalent focused on technology-enabled transformations
  • Experience at F accounts and understanding of issues driving digital transformation across industries
  • Expertise in digital transformation design, implementation, and management
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow and experience with multiple ServiceNow product suites
