We are seeking an Experience Champion to join our team at Hertz Corporation. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt resolution of customer issues and excellent communication skills.

This role offers a competitive salary of $18.50 per hour for part-time positions, making it an attractive opportunity for those looking to start their career or take their experience to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through prompt resolution of customer issues
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Responsible for ensuring all corporate policies and procedures are administered and followed by all staff

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with experience in operations and sales
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building and leadership skills
