The Resident Relations Coordinator is a key member of our team at Picerne Group, responsible for creating a sense of community and a highly sought-after resident lifestyle with high retention and renewal rates.

This role requires a strong focus on building exceptional resident relationships, creating a luxury lifestyle brand, and collaborating with the sales team to drive incremental revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Relations: Handle day-to-day resident interactions, provide a luxury lifestyle brand, and create a strong sense of community.
  • Community Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to build exceptional resident relationships, encourage resident retention, and drive incremental revenue.
  • Communication: Be the face of the property, welcome new residents, schedule move-ins, receive on-site rent payments, and handle resident feedback or complaints.
  • Package Delivery: Handle package delivery and other high-touch resident relations tasks as needed.
  • Knowledge and Analysis: Be knowledgeable on resident services, hours of operations, in-house events, directions, etc., and analyze resident feedback from reputation management software to suggest ways to improve ratings.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant luxury hotel/residential operations, sales, and/or marketing disciplines.
  • Software Knowledge: Knowledge of Yardi and other related residential software applications preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to initiate and foster relationships, persuasive communicator, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to a varied work schedule based on regular business hours plus event demands (overtime, nights, weekends, and ability to travel when necessary).
