About the Role

Milestone Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Control and Shipping/Receiving Management: Oversee the Quality Control and Shipping/Receiving teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the team in Italy to ensure inventory is up to date and readily available.
  • Freight Shipping and Logistics: Manage our freight shipping vendors, company fleet, and out-sourced IT functions.
  • Project Management: Identify project scope, establish realistic goals, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
  • Cost Savings and Process Improvements: Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements, and implement recommendations to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a successful Operations Manager in a small to mid-sized company.
  • BS degree in Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of QuickBooks or similar software knowledge.
  • Inventory management and expense reporting software experience (Fishbowl and Concur preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
