- Monitor and report on patient outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies and procedures
- Current New York State License for Registered Professional Nurse
- BSN degree and 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in the specialty or related service
- Certification in a relevant specialty is preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
