Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences while managing working relationships with customers and insurance companies. This role requires administrative support for the Repair Facility Team, ensuring timely and efficient repair processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent execution of our customer-centric operating plan.

  • Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system and proper scripting.

  • Ensure timely retrieval of insurance assignments and obtain necessary repair authorization documentation.

  • Prepare repair order work packets, including quality control checklists and parts lists.

  • Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process.

  • Confirm car rental information and update our repair management system accordingly.

  • Manage our automated rental management system to ensure accurate vehicle tracking.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, such as administration assistant.

  • Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment, including previous customer service experience.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating multitasking ability while under pressure.

  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Knowledge of general office equipment and basic computer skills, as well as good oral and written communication skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
