We are seeking a skilled Collision Body Technician to join our team at Bill Knight Collision. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing vehicle repairs in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with others to repair and restore vehicles to their original condition
- Perform quality repairs while meeting deadlines and maintaining a safe working environment
- Use frame machines and other equipment to repair and align vehicle bodies
- Perform welding, body alignment, and cosmetic panel repairs
- Inspect work performed as a Quality Control measure
- Mix chemicals according to manufacturer specifications
- Integrate into a blueprint model to ensure accurate repairs
- I-CAR Certification in body repair preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer (OEM Certified Preferred)
- I-CAR welding certified
- Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data
- 1 Year Collision Repair Experience
- Ability to operate a vehicle legally
- Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
- Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude
- Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
