Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift team at our Memphis, TN facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume manufacturing line and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the production activities of the subassembly group, ensuring timely and efficient production
  • Manage a team of 35 direct reports, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure their success
  • Monitor production schedules and quality standards, making adjustments as needed to meet business objectives
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall performance
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance management or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving process improvements
  • Strong knowledge of Surface Mount Technologies (SMT) and Thru-hole equipment/gear
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
