5. Assess complex workflows and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.

6. Conduct and oversee automation tests, partnering with QA engineers to guarantee quality assurance.

7. Formulate clear, detailed, and precise user stories with well-articulated acceptance criteria.

8. Inquire and seek clarifications to thoroughly comprehend intricate business regulations and processes.

9. Monitor and evaluate system performance by analyzing logs using tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens.

10. Juggle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring the timely delivery of superior quality work.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

2. Demonstrated experience as a Systems Business Analyst or in a comparable role.

3. Proficiency in Postman and MongoDB.

4. Experience in crafting mockups and evaluating complex workflows.

5. Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks, with the capability to review and execute tests.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce detailed user stories and documentation.

7. Strong multitasking capabilities and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

8. Experience with system monitoring tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens.

9. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

10. Capacity to comprehend, inquire, clarify, and document complex business regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience within the airline sector.
