Unlock Your Potential as a Website Performance Analyst

The Brandon Agency is seeking a highly skilled Website Performance Analyst to join our team. As a Website Performance Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing our clients' digital presence across websites, eCommerce, and paid media channels. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing performance data, creating dashboards, and delivering actionable insights that enhance user interactions and drive business success.


About the Role

As a Website Performance Analyst, you will:

  • Track and analyze online performance metrics, including page load times, bounce rates, traffic sources, and user behavior.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Data Studio, Google Data Studio, SEO tools, etc. to generate data.
  • Generate regular performance reports and present findings to internal teams and clients.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve online performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web developers, designers, content creators, SEO and search specialists, to implement data-driven strategies that enhance online speed, usability, and overall performance.
  • Evaluate content performance, including page views, click-through rates, bounce rates, and conversion rates, and make recommendations for content optimization.

Requirements

To be successful as a Website Performance Analyst, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Science or a related field.
  • 3+ years proven experience as a Website Performance Analyst or similar role in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and techniques, including interactive analytics, social media analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Advanced experience with one or more of the following tools: Google Data Studio, Power BI, Datorama, Tableau, or other equivalent reporting platforms
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development principles is a plus.
